Important Announcement – Cassini Historical Ordnance Survey Maps – my stocks of the original printed maps priced at £9.99/£8.99 are now running low, and in some cases have sold out completely. I am still attending Family History Fairs while the majority of these maps are available at my prices but next year 2021 is likely to be my last year. I am happy to supply by post at £9.99 each (post free). The Official Cassini Distribution has now been licensed to The Francis Frith Collection but they are charging £14.99 plus P&P.

Dorset Family History Fair – March 2018

We’re really looking forward to this FAMILY HISTORY FAIR, the first to be held in LONDON for quite a few years. There will be all the usual features – a variety of Family History Societies and genealogy Help facilities, Lectures, trade stands offering Charts/Trees, Genealogy research products, archival storage products, books, vintage maps, local history publications and more! The Fair is open from 10am to 4.30pm, tickets are available in advance or at the door, please visit www.thenamevent.co.uk for more information. (NB the Fair is also open on Sunday 6th May, but unfortunately we are unable to attend on that day).  

We’re really looking forward to attending the FESTIVAL OF CARDS at the Bath & West Showground, Shepton Mallet, Somerset on Friday and Saturday 24/25th February 2017. This is always an amazing event with hundreds of dealers selling Postcards, Printed Ephemera, Storage Stationery and not forgetting ME with a huge collection of Original Vintage Local History Publications from all over the country: Town & Village Guides, Church Guides and other local history publications. Come and have a look – you’ll be amazed!

We are looking forward to attending the Surrey Book Fair on Sunday 4th December at the Maltings, Farnham, Surrey. This is always a great fair open from 10am to 3pm. At present 29 different dealers have booked who will bring a wide variety of books from antiquarian to modern, fiction & non-fiction, maps and printed ephemera. There is a large carpark and a cafe to help you stay all day!
