We published this book in 2005 in a limited edition print run of 1500 copies and from the proceeds of sale (plus a Nat West Bank donation) raised over £3000 for the registered charity ‘The Teenage Cancer Trust’. We very occasionally obtain spare copies second-hand, please contact us if you could like to buy one and we will let you know if we have one.
