Introduction
The privacy and security of your personal data is very important to This Way Books (TWB) . We want you to understand what we do with the personal data you supply to us and how you can control the ways that data is used.

It may be data that directly identifies you or data that can be put together with other data to identify you. TWB manages personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective from 25 May 2018.
The types of personal data we collect and use
When you contact us, visit us or use our services, we may collect your personal data to provide a service. The personal data we may use may include:
- Full name and personal details including contact information (e.g. home address and address history, email address, home and mobile telephone numbers)

We monitor social media platforms at irregular intervals but generally on most working days, excluding UK national holidays. We aim to respond to enquiries as quickly as possible but some enquiries can take longer to resolve
